Prestige Stride – Standard Shipping Policy

1. Coverage & Shipping Regions

* We currently ship for free nationwide across South Africa.
* International shipping is available not available. 

2. Processing Time

* Orders are processed within 1-2 business days once payment is confirmed.
* Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Methods & Couriers

* Domestic orders are shipped via trusted couriers such as The Courier Guy, Aramex, Dawn Wing, or Fastway.
* A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs

* Free delivery on all sneaker orders over within South Africa.

5. Estimated Delivery Timeframes

* Major cities & metros (e.g. Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town, Durban): 3–7 business days.
* Regional towns: 3–7 business days.
* Remote/outlying areas: 5–7 business days.

7. Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

* Please provide the correct delivery address, including complex/building names and unit numbers.
* Prestige Stride is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address details.
* If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer.

8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages

* If your order is lost, damaged, or delayed, notify us within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.
* We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

9. Returns & Exchanges

* If you received the wrong item, a defective pair, or your sneakers don’t fit, you may return them under our Returns Policy.
* Sneakers must be unworn, in original packaging, and within 14 days of delivery for size exchanges.
* Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the error was on our side.

10. Order Tracking

* Once your sneakers are shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
* Orders can be tracked directly on the courier’s website.
